Hi - this is a separate table (rather than a column within a table) to the main tables in the Smartform database.

If you go into the members' area and then access:

https://www.betwise.co.uk/smartform_resources

You will find a user manual for the historic betfair win prices table, which is the one you need.  You can download the historic data from the data downloads page.
