Exporting/Extracting Data from Database

Question

I wish to export the data from the database so that I can carry out some regression analysis on some of the variables within it and wondered how I could go about extracting the data from the various tables.

I would also like to expose it to some AI/Neural Networks too so ideally if I could extract it into something like csv files it would be ideal.

Any advice would be welcomed
