When is the betfair package for R going to be released?

It is the end of August and the package has been delayed. Can we have a final release date?

Hi - The remaining work is around documentation which has taken longer than expected, since an e-guide will accompany the package.   For final release date we can say Monday 19th September (even if the doc needs more work) and possibly before.

Try bet fairly . It implements full free API and a couple of non free actions. I wish I knew about Colin and Brian's package back in May when I started developing mine.  Just too much of an effort was put into it. Now it's too late. I still have in plan to implement a couple of plots  and write the tutorial. Enjoy.

You can find the source code for the package here:

https://github.com/bwlewis/betfair

Meantime, Betwise member spinuvit (see above) has added a fine API package called betfairly which performs more or less the same functions.

A free guide to using the package will also be released next week.
