I'm trying to find something that explains the terms of use of the Smartform database. Is there anything?

What can I do with it?

Republish in part or in full?

I know there will be something but I just can't find it.

The terms of use are presented on purchase and have to be agreed in order to proceed.

In summary, use of the data is licensed for personal use only and the data cannot be shared or published in part or whole with any other third party.

If you want to use the database for commercial purposes you need to contact BW and see what can be done.
