no sire_id in daily_runners

Can I ask why there is no sire_id in daily_runners? There is only sire_name which makes it very difficult to safely rely on the data.

 

Also, Why are there multiple sire_id's for the same horse? For example, the sire OASIS DREAM as 3 different ids... used in different areas (44599,260301, and 1228678)
