Betfair API services in Perl in "Automatic Exchange Betting"

Hi

Just bought the book  "Automatic Exchange Betting" and it states that Appendix 2 of the book (with the perl example library) is available for download at www.betwise.co.uk.

Call me stoopid, call me thick, but I cannot find the library on your site!?

I know Betfair are bringing out a new API in November and I guess you may have withdrawn the example library, but I wanted to play around with the current API before then.
