whats normal update time for historic_runners_insights table, the loaded_at time doesnt give correct updated time information

Hi - loaded_at is the time when the database updates but not currently the time when the updated table is available.   The update times are in flux since we are adding a daily_runners_insights table, which is adding additional processing so these times will change.   Expect a firm schedule and update on this (we will send out an email to members) at the end of this month (April).
