Trying to run the c:\>Smartform\fetch_updates.bat daily and historic updates without success

Question

I'm trying to run the fetch_updates.bat for historic and daily on the command line but it's not running the updates.

I've looked at the output message in the cmd line and there's a line which states:

Loading updates from http://www.betwise.co.uk/smartform_data/NNNN/NNNNNNNNNNN/connect-expired-password/daily_updates.sql

I've put n's in place of my member id and download key for obvious reasons but have rechecked this info and it's correct. I paid for this subscription yesterday so at a bit of a loss as to what to do next.

Any help appreciated.
