Where is daily_betfair_mappings.zip ? According to the manual its in the 'downloads' area ?

Go to the link in red on the smartform downloads page under Daily Betfair Mappings Data that says "right click here" and save the file additional_data.zip - it's not actually called daily_betfair_mappings.zip - apologies for any confusion on this.

We'll update the manual accordingly.
