historic_betfair_win_prices bf_race_id

Question

I might be being dumb here but why in the above table is the bf_race_id an int field - i would expect it to be varchar 12? All the bf_race_ids are truncated no? I there something clever here i am missing?

It looks like the Betfair IDs were originally presented as integers (when the database was created) and then moved to prefixes of 1.* whereas we are still storing them as integers.  We'll come back on this thread after verifying this and deciding the best way forward.
