historic_runners not updating? [closed]

My historic_runners table isn't updating.  My daily_races/runners and historic_races are all up to date but the runners hasn't updated sine 29th March 2017.  I am using the same .bat file I've always used and I've made no changes my side.

Is there any thing I can check as to why it's stopped updating?

Can I just download the historic data again?
