Does the past results in the database include the prices, 1,2,3 fav etc

Yes, there is "starting_price"(SP fractional odds), "starting_price_decimal" (SP decimal odds) and "position_in_betting" (the field ranked by betting order, so "1" is the favourite, "2" is the second favourite and so on) which covers this.
