on morning of 12th Sep 14 i am succesfully running licensed updates but not working ?

on 12th Sep i am running fetch_updates for both historic and daily tables, but my last record (sorted in date order) is 7th Sep.  Is there another step I am missing (i am a beginner)

Hi - it looks like your updates script is not working.  Please can you use the "contact us" form on the main website (click in the page footer) and we will troubleshoot your updates script with you.
